Rear Optional Crankshaft Repair Sleeve (KWK99235) by Timken®. Repair sleeves restore the sealing surface on yokes and shafts, avoiding expensive components replacement. This hard, wear-resistant, and ultra low friction sleeve is precision manufactured to fit and function flawlessly. Get Timken repair sleeve for a quality, durable, corrosion-free sealing surface.

  • Restores the sealing surface on worn shafts and yokes
  • Eliminates the need to replace expensive components that are otherwise serviceable
  • Provides a protective seal running surface and actually becomes part of the shaft
  • Durable components that operate with less resistance
  • The surface of the sleeve is ground to 10 – 25 microinches. The opposite end of the sleeve is radiused on the outer diameter to minimize potential seal damage
  • Meets Timken's strict quality requirements

Repair sleeves are designed to protect and prolong the service life of worn shafts and yokes by providing a smooth sealing surface. They are pressed onto a shaft to eliminate scratching or scoring, thus providing a good alternative to repair or replacement of the parts with damaged surfaces. If you need a quality sleeve that fits and performs like the original equipment and even exceeds it in durability, Timken is a name you can trust. Many carmakers from around the world turn to this company because of its reputation for quality. Timken makes its own high-alloy steel that is among the cleanest in the world, and uses it in manufacturing bearings, hubs, sleeves, and other automotive applications. With Timken repair sleeves, you'll easily restore “like new” performance of yokes and shafts and create a high quality sealing surface.

Timken®, a global industrial technology leader, was established in 1899 and grew from a family-owned business into an international company with more than 60 manufacturing plants located in 30 countries on six continents. Nowadays, bold innovation remains a guiding value of the company. Timken's technologies include patented, top-quality designs for a variety of automotive applications.
