This spotlight uses ultra-efficient LED bulbs to provide not only a brilliant, glare-free cone of illumination, but to do so for many hours: up to ten hours of continuous illumination on a single charge of its maintenance-free NiMH battery. And with CLO (Constant Light Output) technology, it delivers the full output right to the very end, not a constantly dimming beam that gets progressively weaker and more orange as the battery discharges. This long-lasting light source can be recharged in 3-5 hours from either the 120V wall charger or the 12V vehicle charger. On a single charge, the spotlight will provide steady illumination for approximately 10 hours on its minimum (dimmest) setting; approximately 50 minutes on its maximum (brightest) setting. And with rubber O-rings on the lens, charging port cap and trigger, it's waterproof, at depths down to 6 feet for as long as an hour. It's the perfect light for boating and fishing, because it floats.
The Stanley Works was founded in 1843 in New Britain, Connecticut by Frederick T. Stanley to manufacture door hinges and bolts.. A few years later, in 1857, Frederick's cousin, Henry founded The Stanley Rule and Level Company. In 1910, S. Duncan Black and Alonzo G. Decker started their shop in Baltimore, Maryland, and were awarded a patent 6 years later for the world's first portable power tool. In 2010 Stanley and Black & Decker combined to form Stanley Black & Decker, to deliver the tools and solutions that industrial companies, professionals, and consumers count on to be successful when it really matters.
