Product Details

Anti-Sway Bar Kit by ST Suspensions®. When tuning your vehicles suspension, there are many ways to change your vehicles handling characteristics. Springs, Dampers and alignment all play huge parts in affecting how your vehicle handles, but no component has as drastic effect on your body roll as the Anti-Swaybars without adversely affecting your ride quality.

Features

  • Dramatically improve the handling and performance of your racer
  • Reduce time-wrecking body roll in corners
  • Available for front and rear separately, or in a front and rear kit

To the average enthusiast, the installation of a ST Anti-Swaybar or Suspension Techniques Anti-Swaybar Complete Kit will result in a drastic reduction in the boat-like feel that many vehicles have with the factory or even mildly tuned suspension. By increasing the rate of the front, rear or both bars over the factory units, the ST Anti-Swaybars, your body roll will be reduced giving you more confidence on long sweeping corners, on and off ramps, as well as in emergency maneuvers.

For the Advanced Suspension Tuner, many ST Anti-Swaybars are built with additional adjustability either in the bar itself with multiple end link mounting points, or adjustable heim joint end links to tune in or out any undesirable handling characteristics of your current suspension setup such as over-steer or under-steer.

ST Anti-Swaybars available for the front and rear separately or in complete vehicle kits for a large range of vehicles. Each ST Anti-Swaybar is designed and produced in-house at our California facility and are constructed from high quality steel for precision performance, and powder coated for durability. All necessary high grade mounting hardware and bushings, as well as full instructions are included in each and every kit for simple installation.

Founded in 1979 in Sanger, California, ST Suspensions® has specialized in the production of performance-oriented coil springs, shock absorbers, sway bars, and coilovers for automotive enthusiasts. The consistent high quality and cutting edge functionality of their products first earned the company respect among demanding southern California custom builders and racers in their home area. As word of mouth spread, ST Suspensions grew over the decades into the international supplier they are today. ST merged with German based KW Suspensions in 1995, and draws on a wealth of engineering talent that has been involved in world class racing series and produced joint products with automotive manufacturers such as AMG, Roush, and Viper. Our website is proud to offer best values on a full lineup of ST Suspensions coilover kits, anti-sway bars, coil springs, shock absorbers, bushings, and individual replacement parts which prove that lowered style and ride comfort are not mutually exclusive.

ST Suspensions® - Anti-Sway Bar Kit
Will this fit a 1999 Eclipse GS?

I have a cb9 wagon they worked great! I did have to cut the old sway bar mounting locations off for clearance. Other than that, they provide a true race car feel around corners.

This helps ride nicer and turn a lot smother.

The part was an exact fit for the replacement of the old broken one. Will come here again when I need parts.

Good product, easy to install and really does make a difference compared to the OEM sway bar.

Installed on my 94 Prelude Vtec total time took about 40 minutes only due to a locked up bolt. As far as the difference in handling I would say it increased it by near 30%. My cornering is tighter and I'm able to accelerate even harder through turns without any body roll. I've gone through CARiD for near all of my prelude parts and I will definitely come back for more. Use extension 8758 to get the most hard working and willing to go the distance salesmen I've ever met.

I was a bit worried about buying this at first because I had never heard of ST suspensions before, but they ended up being one of the best things I could have bought for the car. The rear sway bar goes in really easy with no drilling or welding needed (possibly because the 320is had a rear sway bar, so all the mounting points were already there) and the front bar was easy as well. The front sway bar is solid (stock was hollow) and both sway bars and hardware are of high quality
