Mounting Brackets Need To Be Enlarged
RDS® - Combo Fuel Transfer Tank
Not only should the mounting bracket be enlarged to provide better edge margin, there should also a third mounting bracket - one bracket on each side, and one on the front (vehicle rear). Having a bracket just on one side and the front creates uneven load displacement on the two mounting brackets when turning, braking, and accelerating. Material quality seems good. Welds look good. Safety needs to be addressed. Add the third bracket, and enlarge the current ones. Charge $50 more.

Quick Shipping, Just as Ordered
RDS® 72117 - Rectangular Fuel Transfer Tank
Product arrived as advertised. Got it quickly and on time.

Product was everything I was expecting. The best part was the salesman that helped me when purchasing this product. I do wish that there were 2 mounting tabs, not one on the back. I installed this in a 2019 Ram with the Ram box. You can't get into the sides to mount.

Auxiliary Fuel Tank Gravity Fed
RDS® 72117 - Rectangular Fuel Transfer Tank
This appears to be a hi quality product. I just wish that it came with sufficient length of fuel line and the option for a fuel gauge. I believe it’s a little pricey but overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

RDS® 72367PC - Combo Fuel Transfer Tank
Looks good.

The RDS Combo Fuel tank looks great, was easy to install and is well built. The toolbox/tank is a perfect addition for traveling long distance. I purchased the diesel auxiliary fuel kit so it will automatically fill up the trucks fuel tank. I can now pass up the expensive fuel stations knowing that I have an addition 60 gallons of fuel. It also adds the ability to fill up equipment since it has an additional bung for a manual or electric pump. CARiD had it for a great price and shipped it fast.
