Loaded quickLIFT™ Complete Strut Assembly by Rancho®. Rancho® – a popular brand of suspension, shocks and more worldwide – was born in the 1950s in Long Beach, California, as Rancho Jeep Supply, and quickly grew into a thriving off-road and performance suspension components manufacturer. In 1985, Rancho launched what would later become its best-selling shock absorbers. Tenneco warrants qualifying Rancho® products against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish) when used under normal operating conditions for as long as the products are installed on, and the original purchaser owns, the original vehicle on which they were installed.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Rancho® RockGear™ products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Rancho® RS9000XL™ extended length and coil-over shock absorbers carry a 90-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

*Tenneco’s obligation under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, 1-Year Limited Warranty and 90-Day Limited Warranty is limited to replacement of the defective or worn-out product (except finish) with the same (or substantially comparable) product in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. The warranties do not apply to products which have been modified, improperly applied or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes. Further, these warranties are limited to use on privately owned passenger cars or light trucks. The warranties do not apply to extended length shock absorbers or products not specifically listed for applied vehicle. The warranties do not apply to normal wear components, including, but not limited to, suspension bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints or spherical rod ends.

All other warranties not specifically set forth herein, express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed to the extent permissible by applicable law. The applicable warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranties you may have under state law that may not be disclaimed are limited to the same duration as the applicable warranty set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you.

Tenneco will contact warranty-serviced consumers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys relating to product and warranty service. Survey activity will provide valuable feedback and help measure the level of consumer satisfaction in different markets.

Rancho® RS999944 - 2.0" Loaded quickLIFT™ Front Driver Side Twin-Tube Complete Strut Assembly

The product looks great! I use this product to convert my air suspension to the strut system. So far the rancho has kept up to the Driving quality I was expecting. Keep it up!

Suspension Struts/Coil

Rancho® RS999913 - 2.0" Loaded quickLIFT™ Front Driver Side Twin-Tube Complete Strut Assembly

Both suspension struts came in great condition. Were sent in a timely fashion. I was not able to install them myself and brought them to a place that was doing other work on my vehicle. When they were installing them they found out that they were both right ones and not a right one and a left one as ordered. Must have been boxed incorrectly. They looked it up on the computer and were able to turn one of them into a left one so all worked out well and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
