Q Series Valve Seat Insert (20-1625-1) by QualCast®. The 4-digit part number is the cutter size. Actual O.D. of the seat is increased by the press fit for cast iron heads - between 0.0045 and 0.006 inches. QualCast high-chrome alloy designed for unleaded fuels which enables Rockwell Rc40 hardness combined with easy machinability. Features excellent resistance to high temperature corrosion in applications to 1150°F. All 20- and 21- prefixes without a suffix are cast in Q material.
