Modifying the fuel system to increase fuel flow will generally improve the power output of any internal combustion engine, but the right mods are critical for increasing diesel engine horsepower because of the way a diesel engine operates and the unique nature of diesel fuel. We understand that high-powered diesel engines have special fuel system needs, and we’ve devoted this section to meeting them. A system is only as strong as its weakest link, so even if you’ve upgraded some parts of your diesel’s fuel system, if there is still a restriction you won’t have optimal fuel flow to make the horsepower you want. We offer lift pumps with Gallons Per Hour (GPH) ratings to supply larger injectors, separation systems to ensure only pure fuel reaches your engine, injection pumps to supply the right fuel volume and pressure to the injectors, and high flow injectors that provide superior atomization.

Installing larger injectors is a waste of time if you can’t get the fuel from the tank to supply them. We offer high volume lift pumps in flow rates up to 260 GPH, for all popular diesel applications, to supply even the thirstiest injectors. Diesel fuel absorbs moisture easily and in addition to water, diesel fuel pumped from the fuel tank also contains contaminants and power-robbing air and vapor. We offer fuel filter/lift pumps where fuel from the tank enters a filter/water separator that removes dirt and water before entering the pump. Pressurized fuel from the pump then enters another filter where any remaining dirt is strained and air/vapor is separated from the fuel.

As a result, only pure fuel is sent to the injection pump/injectors ensuring high flow rate for maximum power output, improved throttle response, and longer injection pump and injector life. The next step in supplying the demands of the injectors is with a high-flow injection pump. We offer both rotary and common rail performance pumps that will provide the needed volume and pressure throughout the RPM range, to support high horsepower applications. And if you’re building an extreme performance 1000+ horsepower beast, we have Twin Fueler kits that provide an additional pump and everything needed for installation, to satisfy your powerful engine’s demand for fuel.

The fuel injectors are the destination for your increased fuel flow, and they not only have to inject a greater quantity of fuel into the cylinders, but do so in a manner that provides optimal ignition and combustion. The injectors we offer are honed to increase flow rate, and the nozzles are designed to improve the fuel spray pattern and atomization for more power and increased efficiency.
