Warranty

Performance Accessories products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, during which its products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, or alterations. The Warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This Warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance. During the Warranty period, Performance Accessories will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Performance Accessories reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this Warranty.

It Works

The lift does exactly what it says it does. Took less than an hour to completely install. The only problem I have is that when I received the package not all of the parts were inside. I was missing the two bolts and nuts to install the shocks. I noticed it was not on the inventory list but it stated that they provided the hardware in the install instructions. When I called the company they acted like they weren’t sure and put me on hold and asked to call back later. Once they did call me back they did make it right and sent me all of the parts to completely install the lift. The only thing they need to do is ensure that when they ship out their product that they have all the required parts to install the lift took an extra week for me to install the lift based upon not having all of the required parts.
