Follow the adventures of TJ and Geoff and learn about Pavement Ends products along the way. TJ was hired as a summer intern at Pavement Ends and these videos include some of her experiences. One of the first things she learned was how appropriate her name was for the job, since TJ is also the letter code for the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler! TJ had a lot of fun during her internship, including driving off-road and go-karting, but mostly she spent time learning how Pavement Ends products are made and installed. Watch these videos and you too will see how tough Pavement Ends bumpers are made and how easy it is to install various Pavement Ends soft top products.
Episode 1
Hi, I'm TJ! In this episode, I meet the whole Pavement Ends team, and dazzle them with all my college-learned viral marketing skills. Plus, I discover that my name works great around here. Who knew? My boss also gets me the Jeep I'm using for this whole summer shoot.
Episode 2
I think my boss thought it would be funny to make me install this top all by myself as the first thing I do. It was a bit confusing - but I got lucky and got some help from an employee who does this sort of thing all the time. I could have figured it out! It just might have been a really long video. This is the video to watch if you're interested in Sun Caps.
Episode 3
This was a great time - mostly. I went off roading for the first time, and it was fun. Until I hit a small rock pile kinda hard.
Episode 4
So, because I sorta smashed a bumper up in the last episode, they decided to make me learn all about bumpers. I talk with the head guy about bumpers, powder coating, and how Pavement Ends makes affordable quality bumpers. And luckily, it turned out that ther was very little damage to the bumper I hit. And no one got fired! This is a great video to watch if you're interested in bumpers for your Jeep.
Episode 5
This is the one where I go go-karting! He said it was to improve my driving skills, but in truth I think this episode was more about my boss getting out of the office. I'm not arguing: it was a great day.
Episode 6
This one is all about Pavement Ends Accessories: I install a SunCap Plus, a Cab Curtain, and the Canopy Cover. These three things kinda go together: if you do all three, it makes a neat half cab cover for your Jeep. This is the video to watch if you're interested in any of these products. They're all easy to install (now that I have help and practice), so it's a quick video.
Episode 7
This episode is all about the Replay top. We took the old beat-up top off the hardware, and put this new top back on. It made a huge difference in the look of "my" Jeep. Watch this one for sure if you're interested in this top. It's got some great install tips!
Episode 8
For this one, I got some new help from another Pavement Ends employee, Britta, as we installed a Flip Top on my Jeep. This top came with all the hardware too, so it took a bit longer to install, but we got a brand new complete top!
Episode 9
Well, it's the end of the summer, and the end of the internship. So to celebrate, I joined Britta and some friends on a Jeep based off road scavenger hunt. I don't want to give any spoilers here, but I totally won! This was a totally great day, and it's a fun little video that shows off some great Colorado Jeep trails!
