Warranty

NPW warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, NPW will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. NPW reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

NPW T-717 Water Pump, Super Fast Shipping

NPW® T-171 - Engine Coolant Water Pump with Gasket

Ordered the NPW T-171 water pump early Thursday morning and was delivered the next day on Friday. The water pump was in it's retail box which was packed in a bigger box other box with bubble pack. The water pump itself was in it's retail box with even more bubble pack so it wouldn't bounce around in it's box. The water pump gasket was packed between 2 layers of cardboard and is a genuine Toyota gasket # 16271-31030 not an aftermarket gasket. The gasket is the Toyota metal gasket between 2 layers of rubber. Two rubber O-rings were also included. This water pump was the cheapest I saw on the internet and it included free shipping.
