Fabricated from sturdy 0.95” mild steel, this bumper combines excellent strength with light weight, and provides excellent protection for off-roading. And that means wrapping around and keeping boulders and stumps from grinding their way into the wheel wells, poking holes in the radiator or savaging the front suspension. The skid plate is made of lightweight but sturdy 3/16” aluminum to protect your radiator and oil pan. Like all N-Fab bumpers, it’s zinc-coated and then powdercoated for an elegant finish that will last.

N-Fab Bumper Review

I ordered the N-Fab bumper for my 2011 Silverado 1500 LT. The bumper build and paint quality was really just as expected nice and really glossy. And to install was not to complicated which consisted of removing factory bumper then as simple as putting the N-Fab bumper to the factory mounts which were to the frame of the truck. Which in my case was the most difficult part and I needed to give the bumper a little love tap (a cloth and piece of wood and a hammer) for them to get in. But all in all the bumper makes the truck look really aggressive and took me 3 hours to install. And would recommend to any one interested in a nice off road bumper for there new Silverado. And I personally got it at a steal on. Black Friday (2014) and remember that you have to have patience because mine took 2 months to arrive and it wasn't CARiD fault. The most important part of the review. Be patience if you do order.
