When used in accordance with their proper application, MTC warrants its products against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of one year from purchase, with unlimited miles. This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) any product altered or subjected to abuse, neglect, or accident, or (2) any product that is improperly installed.

MTC's sole obligation under this warranty is replacement of the defective product; labor or other costs for removal, installation, damage, delays, loss of part, misuse, or for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages are not included. These limitations on liability shall be applicable to any claims presented to MTC, regardless of the legal theory forming the basis of such claim, and whether such theory involves negligence, contractual liability, or otherwise. Except as set forth above, MTC disclaims any and all express warranties.
