Saginaw Driver Side Power Steering Bracket Kit (40100) by March Performance®. Canister Style. These high performance brackets are precision CNC machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum, polished and then clear powder coated for a “no polishing” maintenance-free finish.

Product received damaged en-route must be reported immediately to the carrier and then March for claim to be filed.

*Due to March Performance policy of continuous improvement all specifications are subject to change without notice.

This limited warranty is extended only to each individual who purchases a March product and after inspection by March Performance is found to have a defect in either material or workmanship.

If all of the above procedures are followed, and the product is found by March to be defective in either material or workmanship, March shall repair, replace or credit the product, at its election, and at its sole cost.

Re-Sale accessories are warranted up to one (1) year from the date of purchase and are bound by the individual manufacturers’ warranty policies. March Performance forwards these products to the respective manufacturer allowing 30 days from the date they receive the product for inspection results.

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover or apply to any damage sustained to the engine or other parts which may have been caused by the defective product and DOES NOT cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges or any other incidental costs or damages caused by the defective product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY WHICH APPLIES TO MARCH PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY.
