These products utilize components that are targeted at the specific application they are intended and are not meant as one size fits all product line. In most cases the applications for the Street Series product line are street oriented vehicles that are not heavily modified and see infrequent track time. The Livernois Street Series line of products are designed with specific goals and targets in mind when it comes to power and durability. By adhering to specific design goals for the products Livernois is able to produce a high quality product that meets a very specific requirement for both power capabilities and durability while still being affordable for the budget minded performance enthusiast.
Once a completed port design has been achieved, they move over to their in house digitzing department, where they are scanned and then modeled. Finished models then are sent to the CNC department where the test heads will be CNC ported and then re-verified. This development process is what ensures a very high end product that offers better performance across the board. In combination with the increased flow, the heads are then outfitted with Livernois own proprietary custom components. Custom valves, springs, retainers and hardware are used to create a cylinder head combination that's built for ultimate performance and durability. These head packages are built around Livernois years of racing experience and combine all the knowledge of their extensive development background as well.
