Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is NOT transferable.
LandAirSea, Inc. Limited Warranty Policy warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. (Custom built or factory modified products are covered by 60 day limited warranty.) Within this period, LandAirSea, Inc., at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective unit, which failed from established normal use. Should repairs or replacement be required, they will be made at free of charge to the original purchaser for parts or labor; however, the customer shall be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall LandAirSea, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, inability to use, equipment purchased, rented or leased from this site.
A return authorization from LandAirSea, Inc., is required prior to returning product for warranty service. Please contact LandAirSea, Inc.via email, phone, fax, or mail prior to returning any product for warranty service for return instructions and warranty center address.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING UNDER WARRANTY OF USE OR CAPABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. Land Air Sea® Plus Protection Plan Extended Warranty not only covers your device from manufacturer defects, it also covers:
LandAirSea Plus Protection Plan can be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. At the end of the two-years of coverage, the Plus Protection Plan can be renewed for an additional year for additional charge. The Plus Protection Plan covers all labor costs for repairs, however, an additional charge will be added for devices that require complete replacement. In this case, we will ship the original purchaser with a brand new device of the same model.

*The Plus Protection Plan cannot be transferred to a device that has already been replaced by LandAirSea. The customer must purchase a new Plus Plan for the unit that has been replaced.
*The Plus Protection Plan does not apply to unauthorized alterations, modifications or repairs, and does not cover shipping costs to LandAirSea, Inc. associated with the returns. The customer shall be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the manufacturer.
