JET® Performance Products, Inc. was started as an engine building and carburetor store specializing in Drag Racing applications. In 1985 Mike Jones, the company’s founder, sold it to its present owner Bryant Seller. The company, led by Seller, got the name 'JET Performance Products' and launched the first performance chips for General Motors applications. Continuing to be a leader in the tuning industry, JET provides a wide range of performance programmers, modules, chips, throttle bodies, accessories, as well as carburetors.

Warranty

All JET Performance Products electronic components carry a 2-year warranty to the original purchaser. All other products purchased from and services performed by JET are fully warranted in defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Repair, replacement, credit or refund (at the sole discretion of JET) will be granted on any warranty claim approved in writing by JET. Costs for labor are specifically excluded and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not apply to products incorrectly installed, modified by purchaser or to any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.

Furthermore, any product used in any kind or type of competition is specifically excluded from this warranty. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability what so ever from any use or misuse of JET products. Upon purchase, purchaser expressly waives any and all liability on the part of its agents, employees, and representatives arising out of any product failure or any defect in material, workmanship, design or installation. This extends to all products and/or services sold or other imparted by JET without regard to the involvement of JET in the design, manufacture, sale and/or use of any JET product or service.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Engine Made Horrible Noises

JET® - Performance Module

Easy install. Engine began making horrible noises. Check engine light came on. I’m not sure what the issue was. I took it right out. Not worth the trouble.

Great Add-On

JET® - Performance Module

This chip gave me great throttle gain and a lot more power. Combine it with MSD blaster coils and an Airaid cold intake and JET throttle spacer.

Throttle Response on a Cable Driven Vehicle?

JET® - Stage 2 Ignition Performance Module

It says it improves the throttle response, but the 2002 clearly is cable driven that's as instant as it gets for everything else. I'd have to buy and test but no high hopes. Will return with full rating.

Jet PCM for Ford 5.0L

Make sure you read the instructions carefully. On my car, I had to use an abrasive pad to clean the contacts on the Ford computer board. As for performance, I did a bunch of testing before and after the install, and I can actually tell a measurable difference with the chip installed. Acceleration, shifting, smoothness at idle, it has all of these things. Oh wait, no it doesn't. Sorry, I was thinking of a different part. This Jet product - the only measurable difference is crank time before the car starts, its almost double. Being serious though, don't buy this product. Jet should be ashamed of themselves. I actually did measure before and after, and there was no quantifiable difference, except for crank time.

Performance Chip for 2014 Camaro 2lt

I was skeptical about if it was worth it. But it definitely upgraded my vehicles performance. I'm very happy with the results. The installation instructions could be better. The illustration wasn't for my car, and didn't show where exactly the computer is located in the engine compartment. But once you get it installed, it's a good product, and wakes up the beast in your car.
