The intersected T steering system has long been a reliable budget friendly option for entry level super strong steering on solid axle jeeps. However, this system has been plagued by a terrible “flip flop” or tie rod roll. Ironman 4x4 have solved this issue with signature high durometer poly lock out boots for the tie rod ends. Tie rod inserts or a reamer are required to make this fit on your jeep. This steering system is constructed out of tough 7075T6 Aluminum links. Light and strong, these links can take a beating and deflect but still maintian a straight posture. This steering is designed to be stronger than OE and create no “toe in” change through the suspension cycle.

With the off road racing scene growing fast in Ironman 4x4 industry, it is becoming more common to see bypass shocks and coil over shocks being ran together on each corner of the vehicle. Mounting both shocks with enough clearance and at the right angles is often done poorly and incorrectly. This dual shock mount allows for the standard 1.5" width and 1/2" bolt hole with perfect clearance between the shocks up to 18" of travel. Made from 1/4" thick, 100,000 psi Domex steel for unmatched strength and flawless welding. They are designed so that the shocks can sit above and in front of the axle. Allowing for better angles for impact and increased wheel travel.
Dana 30 differential cover is laser cut and formed in a state of the art CNC press brake, fabricated from 3/8" US Steel. All covers are fully welded and machined flat and the threaded fill bung is TIG welded in place and the fill plug uses a 9/16 allen wrench. These covers are made to withstand the harshest conditions.
Sway bar mounts are the strongest replacement mounts you can find. They are 1/2" thick, allowing an abundant amount of force to be put on it without failing. No other company makes sway bar mounts to this degree. Two holes allowing for the freedom of adjusting sway bar link angles and lengths to give you the most effective setup.
