Half of the bolts were missing. No locking washers or locking nuts. (These are running board, they vibrate and will lessen over time). Please make the plastic ends be not a mess. I have to drill holes to make them fit. Not a good experience at all.

Quality product, solid mounting and great looks! A little pricey but I would purchase again!

I had a couple issues with the installation of these boards on my '14 Ram 1500 Crew. To start, I wasn't aware the end caps needed to be assembled to the board before installation, so I had some extra time involved there. It was only eight screws per side, though. On a more critical note, the instructions (and parts provided) called for four brackets to be installed in the factory mount locations on each side. My Ram only has provisions for three brackets on each side. There must have been a design change on Ram's part somewhere in the life cycle of this cab style. The front and rear brackets installed effortlessly, but the lone center bracket would not fit over the provided bolt, so the hole in the bracket had to be opened up. There are three reinforcement strips welded across the gap in the bottom channel of the board, and the center strip came very close to interfering with the lone center mounting bracket on my truck. The mounting plates that secure the board to the bracket did not simply slip in and rotate into place, either. The plastic pegs that hold the step pads on interfered with that operation, so I had to put the plates in place and drop the bolts through. Frustrating and time consuming, but not impossible. As with all installs, the first side was the "learning side", and the second side went rather smoothly. A helpful hint for those planning to install at home: Ram puts tape over the mounting holes in the rocker panels, so you'll have to peel the sections of tape off that are covering the holes you need. These boards do look great, and they flex very little (I'm 230#) even with only three of four brackets used. Considering the facts they were half the cost of the dealer installed steps and made in the U.S.A., and the installation hiccups really weren't that bad.

Make them fit my 2014 Chevy Silverardo 1500 Crew Cab. I had to use different holes and fasteners than the directions told me. My year was added to instructions in pencil, when if fact it wasn't a straight bolt-up!

They are my 2nd pair purchased through CARiD. Look good, instructions not so easy. There was enough bolts etc. to cover many applications so I did get them on. The end cap screw are difficult to install. Put some oil on screw went in easy after that.

Perfect fit on 2014 Toyota Tundra. Quality is very good. Mounting brackets are very sturdy. Installation was very easy.

Everything was as advertised, but we found an easier way to install the running board than what the instructions said. All in all, completely satisfied.

Very easy to install, brackets fit right into Toyota Tundra factory holes. No drilling, installed under an hour and a half, look very nice and very strong.

I'm very satisfied with this product. Installing was very easy, everything fit.

The running boards are made of quality materials, the fit and finish is OK. Had to have some parts replaced due to defects. Customer support was outstanding.
