Founded in Santa Fe Springs, California in the late 1960s during the height of the original muscle car boom, Hotchkis® got its start building products that blessed GM, Mopar, and Ford performance cars with new abilities to corner and handle with stability at racetrack speeds. As the company's reputation for building quality products grew, Hotchkis components soon found their way onto all kinds of vehicles that were not made to go fast in any way, shape, or form. It didn't take long before station wagons, convertibles, and pickup trucks were wheeling around tracks all over Southern California with the tenacity of sports cars. After decades of developing suspension-enhancing products that have led to victories in championship racing events, slalom track competitions, and street challenges, Hotchkis has refined and perfected their manufacturing techniques to become the internationally respected company they are today.

Warranty

Hotchkiss Performance, LLC (“Company”) warrants that each piece of equipment manufactured by Company is protected by the following limited parts and labor warranty for a period of 36 (3 years) months (the “Warranty”). During this 36-month period Company will inspect and evaluate all equipment returned to its authorized repair station or factory to determine if the equipment meets Company’s performance specifications. Company will repair or replace at no charge to the owner all parts determined faulty. This Warranty does not cover equipment used for purposes not authorized by Company equipment specifications, nor any and all failures caused by abuse, tampering, theft, or failure due to equipment repairs made by an unauthorized party.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer acknowledges that any oral statements about the merchandise described in this contract made by sellers’ representatives, if any such statements were made, do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by the buyer, and are not a part of this contract for sale. The entire contract is embodied in this writing. This writing constitutes the final expression of the parties’ agreement and is a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of this agreement.

The parties agree that the Buyers’ sole and exclusive remedy against Seller shall be for the repair and replacement of defective parts. The Buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost sales, lost profits, injury to person or property) shall be available to him.

Hotchkis® 25405 - Competition Front and Rear Sway Bar End Links

The product came in as ordered and fit perfectly on the 04 STI I ordered them for. Seem to be holding out well, but I only drive the car on the weekends. Thanks Hotchkis and CARiD.
