    • Can I get a spray on bed liner coating on the tray?

      Yes you can. Your local spray on bedliner dealer should have no issues with coating the tray.

      How far does the slide extend?

      This slide leaves about 22" in your bed when it’s fully extended, allowing for everything loaded in your truck to be within arm’s reach

      If I let go of the slide, will it crash into the back of my bed?

      This slides are designed to have a stop every 10”. If you have a load on your slide and you let go, stab locks will stop it before hitting your bed.

      In a few years I may be switching trucks. Are these slides universal?

      All of Truck Slides are designed to fit in certain bed lengths of vehicles. As long as you are switching to another truck with the same bed length your Truck Slide should work.

    • What’s the difference between the Honeycomb and Guardian Headache Rack?

      Honeycomb Headache racks are built out of 1/8" aluminum while our Guardian headache rack utilizes a heavyduty 3/16" aluminum.

      Can I get the Guardian in a polished finish?

      Since the Guardian is made of heavy duty 3/16” aluminum, only product with a powder coat finish.

      Can I mount a light bar to the top of the headache rack?

      With the top horizontal bar being flat with access holes in the middle of the bar, the Guardian headache rack is perfect for mounting a light bar and routing the wires through the top bar.

      Will this work with my tonneau cover?

      Most likely you would need to modify your bed cover or the headache to make it work.

      My truck has a 3rd brake light camera. Will this headache rack interefere?

      Open Post and Open Mesh Guardian headache racks were specifically designed with your camera in mind. These headache racks also come with adjustability up and down so you can perfectly position it.

      Why are there waves in the Honeycomb pattern?

      The waves in Honeycomb headache rack are designed with stability in mind. The waves add a layer of rigidity and help deter light coming in from motorists behind you

    • I have an existing toolbox, can I mount it on top of the bed rails?

      Bed Rails are angled towards the inside of your bed so it depends on the width of the box.

      Will this work with a tonneau cover?

      Since bed rails cover the top and the inside of your bed, this will not work with your tonneau cover.

      Can I paint the Bed Rails to match the color of my truck?

      Sure - Yes.

      Can I use ratchet straps on the Truck Bed Rails?

      The bed rails are constructed with 1/4" aluminum and are designed to be used with ratchet straps.

    • Can you stand on top of the box?

      Yes. All of partner tool boxes come with a welded stiffener in the lid and is able to support up to 300 lb.

      Where are these boxes typically mounted?

      These are normally mounted nearest to the tailgate of full size trucks, behind the fifth wheel/gooseneck hitch.

      What do people usually store in this box?

      You can store anything in these boxes. Most customers choose to store chains, binders, and other items you need quick access to.

      Can you order the full length bed rails and set the box on the rails?

      Yes! The 5th Wheel boxes will work great with HPI Bed Rails.

      Do you make a fifth wheel toolbox that will work in a short bed truck?

      Yes. Various depths on your fifth wheel tool boxes to fit all full-size trucks.

      How many removable trays come with this box?

      5th Wheel Boxes come standard with (1) removable tray.

      Will this box work with a Highway Products Headache Rack?

      Yes! The Gullwing Box will work with any of the Honeycomb or Guardian Headache Racks.

      Will this box work while towing my fifth wheel/Gooseneck Trailer?

      Single lid toolbox sits approximately 5" above your bedrail. While it may work with some Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck trailers, looking at Low Profile Toolbox or 5th Wheel Tool Boxes if you’re frequently towing.
