Launched FUELAB over 10 years ago with the idea of introducing ground breaking technology to fuel system products. Highly successful Prodigy line of DC Brushless fuel pumps and control devices like electronic fuel pressure regulator changed the automotive aftermarket. Performance, reliability and durability became more than just words. They became the standards that FUELAB established in the high performance fuel delivery market.
But FUELAB not done yet. Improved technologies, advanced materials and innovative new designs will push the boundaries of what electronic fuel pumps are capable of.
PRODIGY line of DC Brushless fuel pumps stand alone as the benchmark of what demand based fuel systems can do. Each PRODIGY pump is hand built, tested and certified at facility in Collinsvlle Illinois under strict quality and rigorous testing guidelines before shipping. Have 11 innovative models available ranging in performance levels to give you the confidence and competitive edge you demand.
These in-tank fuel systems bring popular external fuel pump technology inside the fuel tank, easier than ever before. Developed for racing, these fuel systems can provide fuel for up to 1800HP. Power Modules, like all Prodigy Fuel Pumps, are compatible with Gasoline, E85, Methanol or Diesel Fuels. Power Modules can be coupled with Fuelab’s Electronic Fuel pressure Regulator, bringing high flow capacity with automatic demand speed control (no programming, calibration or additional control boxes required).
Power Modules work with unique sealed flange system for fabricators and vehicle specific applications. These flanges allow for installation of the Power Module into steel or aluminum tanks, fuel cells and factory stock fuel tanks. This system enables quicker installation, with quick and easy service access.
No more patching and strapping multiple pumps together on a hanger. No more splicing tee fittings, hoses and wires inside your tank. No more potential engine damage if a pump in a multi-pump set up fails. Each Power Module includes auxiliary outlets for optional use of jet pumps. Jet pumps allow transfers of fuel within the fuel tank, for tough situations such as saddle tanks or internal sumps and baffles.
The Power Module system also provides a cleaner installation by hiding the straining filter and pump. Installation time is quicker and more affordable, with less fuel system components that require mounting. Previously considered problematic vehicles that are hard to sump, have saddle tanks or otherwise do not have enough room or a good location available for an external pump, now have a viable, simple and reliable solution.
47403-main1Fuelab continues to lead the way in fuel pump innovation. New H/E Series of brushless twin screw pumps represent a giant leap in efficiency and reliability. These pumps use a lightweight, DC brushless motor to reduce current draw. Combined with a twin screw rotor pumping mechanism, they offer superior priming capabilities, improved resistance to cavitation, and fuel compatibility with gasoline, diesel, methanol and ethanol fuels.
Compatible with 12v and 16v electrical systems. Billet aluminum construction with integrated controller. Weighs less than 3 lbs. Choose from 250, 350, and 500LPH models.
These new FUELAB® high flow, E85 compatible in-tank electric fuel pumps are designed for most popular EFI applications. Compact and lightweight so they’re easy to install in many existing hanger assemblies. This series of pumps is set apart for others on the market by offering superior flow for gas and E85 applications and come serialized with specific flow and current draw data for each pump. Pumps also come with rubber sleeve, end caps, pre-filters, hose, clamps and wire leads.
These Low Pressure, Low current Draw In-Tank Fuel Pumps are easily adaptable for fit any fuel tank or fuel cell. Gasoline and ethanol compatible, these pumps are perfectly suited for transferring fuel out of saddle tanks or can be used to feed an external Fuel Surge Tank or Collector. Install multiple pumps to scavenge fuel from various sections of the tank to feed a main Collector. Available in three different outlet styles including nipple, -6AN and SAE connections. Simple ring terminal style power connections, light weight, and includes a straining filter to make these pumps not only versatile but easy to install. Flows 160lph @ free flow.

FUELAB® Fuel Pressure Regulators are true precision instruments. Designs stand above others in reliability, flexibility and performance. Bypass, blocking, and electronic controlled regulators are all based on using the best quality components and proprietary materials to give customers what they need – precise, stable fuel control. All FUELAB® regulators are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, hand assembled, serialized, and come with a 2 year limited warranty.

FUELAB® 515/525 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators are designed with performance and flexibility in mind. They accept port style and non-port style union fittings without interference. Several configurations are available, supporting carbureted applications as low as 1 PSID to fuel injected applications up to 125 PSID. The 515 Series Fuel Pressure Regulator has a -6AN return port located on the bottom. The 525 Series has its return port in-line with the inlet port (not on the bottom) which allows for easy installation in extremely tight locations.
FUELAB® 535/545 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators have all the same great features as 515/525 series, only smaller and weigh 50% less. FUELAB® 565 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators have all of the same great features as 515/525 Series except for extreme capacity. Utilizing a massive ½” return orifice and -10AN ports, these regulators hold no bounds. With the bypass capability over 5 GPM at 5 PSI, this new regulator can handle blow through carbureted applications well over 1800 H.P., and for EFI applications using belt driven fuel pumps; even further (with a flattened regulation slope). Regulator comes in four different pressure ranges covering applications between 4 and 80 PSI.

FUELAB® 555 and 575 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators are true precision instruments designed to regulate fuel. These units feature an advanced poppet design for smooth regulating capability. We’ve also incorporated a no-creep soft seat that’s methanol and E85 compatible. We’ve also incorporated a no-creep soft seat that’s methanol and E85 compatible. Adjustable in ranges from 1-3 PSI up to 25-65 PSI.
FUELAB® 585 Series Fuel Pressure Regulators expand on the line of Blocking Style (non-bypass) Regulators like 555 and 575 Series, in a Traditional 4-Port Package. The main seat assembly can be quickly exchanged in case of seat damage, such as debris. The seat assembly can be taken apart further to enable o-ring replacement of the Soft-Seat design. With Dual -10AN Inlet Ports and Four -6AN Outlet Ports (port spread allows for -8AN line size) gives the regulator ability for extremely high flow rates with a flattened curve for pressure stability through its use of a 1.5 inch diaphragm assembly.

FUELAB® new electronic fuel pressure regulator works directly with Prodigy line of fuel pumps to reduce heat build up and vapor lock conditions. The 529 series fuel pressure regulator sends a signal to the Prodigy pump to control return line flow rate. With the new FUELAB® demand based system, true pump control is finally achievable and easy to install! Super fast response time, independent system, no calibration!

FUELAB® In-Line Fuel Filters keep your engine running clean. They feature male AN / 37º Flared fitting end caps, so you can attach them directly to other fuel system components*. Also featured are machined internal radii for minimal pressure drop. The compact 818 Series Fuel Filter includes a 3 inch element. For greater flow capacity and increased filtration the larger 828 Series Fuel Filter is equipped with a 5 inch element. Fuelab also offers 4 types of filter elements for both the 818 Series short (3 inch) and 828 Series long (5 inch) Fuel Filter.

FUELAB® 848 Series In-Line Fuel Filters with integrated check valve allow your fuel system to maintain fuel pressure after engine and pump shut down. Check valves are Methanol, Ethanol, gasoline and diesel fuel compatible. Since we integrate these two components, the check valve is protected by the filter. No more scrambling to add a separate component and adapting it for your fuel system with extra fittings. FUELAB® has both all in one 3 inch element size.
