All body kits and products sold by Duraflex are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products. Due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” Duraflex products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Duraflex highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. All products sold by Duraflex are for off-road and show purposes only. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. The brand does not recommend, and in fact discourages, these parts to be used on public streets and highways.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Duraflex warrants its branded products to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purposes. This warranty is non-transferable. Any part of a Duraflex product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in reasonable judgment to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced in full at the request of the customer. Crappy Finish

Duraflex® - SRT Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

Whoever made this hood did an awful job. There are missing spots all throughout the sides and front when I installed the hood. Looks so good from afar but when you pay attention to it there is so much wrong with it. The lines on the side are so uneven and pressed out I can see my engine from the side of the car if I look hard enough. I personally would not spend the money on it as they need to do a way better job making the hoods.

Has anyone found a hood scoop insert instead of the wire mesh that comes with it? Somebody has to have it since it's shown in the pictures.

Made for a Show Car Not Daily Driver.

Duraflex® 113004 - Viper Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

The Viper style has a really cool design. Will add a more aggressive look to your front end. Hood was to install. Only the two bolts on your existing hood hinges. For the most part almost fit right in. No rough edges or imperfections. You will need to paint some sort of top coat. Cons: Made for a show car, not daily driver. - Hood did need some maneuvering to get a even fit. Uneven gap around the hood/car. - No holes are pre-drilled for the hood stand. - No holes are pre-drilled for the washer fluid nozzles. Will take some work to solve this issue. - I didn't think of the serious issue of open vents directly above the coil packs and air filter. You may have to close them up if your car will be in the elements. - Will not close unless you remove the secondary hood latch and lower the primary hood latch.

Not as Good as I Hoped

Duraflex® 113004 - Viper Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

If you are a body person or know one you’ll need them. This is definitely rough to what I thought was coming. Filling, fixing chips and removing waves in the panel will cost some extra time and cash. Saying all that this is my first fiberglass hood purchase and maybe this is just the way they come. When completed I expect a very head turning effect.

Looks Great

Duraflex® 113198 - Hellcat Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

I bought this hood to replace my Duraflex SRT hood. Both are great but this one turns heads along with the Hellcat bumper. The grey diamond mesh pops in a black hood. I intended on replacing it with honeycomb inserts but I like this look. There was a delay in shipping but the positive is that the hood & bumper were delivered together. There were no issues installing the hood. Great price on Cyber Monday.

My Experience

Duraflex® 113004 - Viper Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

Not as thick as i would hope for, but better option than the1k price for others on market. Mine lined up well with previous bolts. I will have to cut holes to put on cowl, washer fluid sprayer, and hood support. Also the latch will have to be cut to close hood all the way, but minor is easy deal with. Painting will be breeze minor prep required. Only gripe is shipping, before i purchased was told 1 week after confirmation 4 weeks. So i missed appointment to paint. Pics when I can.

SRT Duraflex Hood

Duraflex® 104773 - SRT Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

At first it seemed really big, but after measuring both my current and new hood they matched, the hood came with a long scratch but I wasn't gonna pay 140 plus for them to replace it, it didn't come with windshield washer nozzles so now I cant spray my windshield, however the look is amazing, and the fit was good, other than the scratch and the no windshield washer nozzles it's an ok product, the shipping fee is a killer.
