DuraBlue

Warranty

Your Durablue axle is warrantied and will be replaced at no cost (see details below). This means that you have received this unequaled added value the moment you purchased the world’s leading axle, Durablue.

Eliminator and X-33 Axles – The axle shaft is covered against bending or breaking. Flanges, spline wear, hardware and/or surface finish are not covered. The axle is covered for as long as you, the original purchaser, owns the axle.

Heavy Duty Axles – The axle shaft is covered for bending or breaking. Flanges, spline wear, hardware and/or surface finish are not covered. Axles are covered for six months to the original purchaser. If you purchased the axle used or on a used vehicle, you are not the “original purchaser”.

Replaced or Straightened?

If the axle shaft is bent, it will probably be straightened. This will not affect the original strength of the axle. If the shaft is bent more than .250”, it will require replacement. A broken axle will be replaced.

Who pays shipping?

You are expected to pay all shipping costs.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Submit a copy of your original invoice showing that you are the original purchaser. Without your proof of purchase, you will be unable to make a warranty claim! Clean the axle so that it is not dirty or greasy. Keep all nuts, bolts, rings, wheel hubs and other hardware. If you send the hardware and it is lost in shipping, you will be required to purchase new replacement hardware. Include your name, address and phone number.

Can I upgrade if the axle needs replacement?

You may upgrade from the Heavy Duty Series to the Eliminator or X-33 or from the Eliminator to X-33 if you want. You will pay the difference of the suggested retail prices.

May I take my warranty claim to my dealer or distributor?

DO NOT return product as “no fit” or “defective” when it has been used. You will not receive credit for a used product.
