Warranty

Limited Warranty

DT Components products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. If a breach of this warranty, then DT Components shall, at its option, either replace the defective product or refund. The purchaser shall return the defective product and DT Components shall be entitled to make its own inspection to determine whether the warranty claim is valid. DT Components shall not be liable in the event of alteration, misuse, overload, negligence or damage caused by others or if the product shall have been damaged by flood, fire, or other events not within its control.

This exclusive warranty is expressly made in place of and is superior to any and all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, including implied warranties, warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and of all other obligations in connection with the sale of products by DT Components under no circumstances shall it be liable to the purchaser or any other party for loss of profit, incidental or consequential damages of any type.
