Each of Doug's systems utilizes Doug's exclusive Aero-Flow mufflers that feature straight-thru perforated cores, with no power robbing baffles or chambers, to produce maximum power and that signature Doug Thorley sound.

Installation is as simple as bolting the new system up to the factory mounting locations, and each kit includes easy to use clamps to ensure a fast and clean fit without any welding required. As a finishing touch, most systems come standard with a decorative exhaust tip featuring a laser etched Doug Thorley Headers logo. Additional show-quality tip styles are available in a number of finishes, including super durable polished T304 stainless steel.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, Doug Thorley Headers (hereinafter DTH) header products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original consumer purchaser, owns said header product. DTH exhaust products, defined as any component “downstream” of a DTH header product or OE factory exhaust manifolds, are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original consumer purchase date. These limited warranties are offered solely to the original purchaser, are non-transferrable and proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. These warranties shall be limited to the repair, adjustment, and/or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of DTH. Authorized product(s) returned will be repaired or replaced also at the discretion of DTH. All warranties become void if any product shows evidence of any modification done without the express consent of DTH, and includes mishandling, bending, welding, mutilation of parts, and insulating wrap products. Nor shall DTH be responsible for any damages, whether consequential, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury that may arise from the use of DTH products. The bluing and discoloration of chrome exhaust products is considered normal, as is the dulling of ceramic coated products, and as such, coatings are not covered under the terms of the warranty. Environmental exposure and rust apparent during the extended life of products is also considered normal and excluded from the warranty. Any DTH product that has been discontinued from new sales for a period of 5 years or longer will no longer be eligible for replacement under terms of the warranty, the repair of any defective parts will be the only option. This warranty policy supersedes any other warranties offered by DTH. DTH reserves the right to modify the warranty policy at any time, and a detailed copy of sale terms, condition and warranty information is available upon request.

Easy to buy, shipping on time, awesome system. On in less than a hour. Looks righteous, and growls with that deep throaty tone. Careful with the exhaust gets hot.
