Warranty

Digi-Tails warrants to Buyer that the products purchased by Buyer from Digi-Tails (the “Products”), will meet Digi-Tails’ applicable published specifications (the “Specifications”). Digi-Tails shall, at its own expense, repair or replace any Products it determines do not conform to the Specifications, provided Buyer notifies Digi-Tails of the failure within ONE YEAR (365 days). Any claims not made within such period of time shall be waived. The foregoing obligations are in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities of Digi-Tails respecting the products including all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular applications or purposes, which are expressly disclaimed. Under no circumstances shall Digi-Tails be liable to Buyer or any other person or entity for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, injuries to persons or property, loss of use of property, or damages for which Buyer may be liable to other persons or entities, even if Digi-Tails has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the basis of the claim. Digi-Tails’ maximum aggregate liability arising out of or relating to its purchase of products from Digi-Tails shall not exceed the price paid by Buyer to Digi-Tails for the products giving rise to the claim of liability.

This one is really brighter then i had before, perfect for night riding. Well made quality product with easy installation ( took an hour and i never did this before ).
