Fits Perfectly
Each DECKED unit fits your van's cargo area like a glove. CAD engineering data was used to match the topography of your van bed and provide a perfect fit. Two full bed-length drawers. Oversized cast aluminum handles for easy of operation with gloves.
Durability
Two full bed-length drawers DECKED, are weatherproof. System itself is impervious to moisture, extreme UV light exposure and severe temperatures. Will work with a spray-in bed liner, but not a drop-in plastic bed liner. Will work with a BedRug mat, but not with a BedRug full liner.

The deck is made from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which represents the ultimate in impact-resistant, weather-proof materials, co-molded to a galvanized steel sub frame. As a result, you get the combination of materials that will last the lifetime of your van. 2,000 lbs deck load rating lets you load the deck up and get the job done. Two massive, secure, full bed-length drawers give you limitless organization and storage options. Each drawer is rated at 200 lbs of capacity and slides effortlessly on four sealed-bearing, heavy-duty wheels riding in dedicated channels. You can load up the drawers full and still operate them with only one hand.
Each DECKED drawer can be customized to accommodate your needs. DECKED drawers slide out at waist height providing easy access for your tools, gear, and other supplies. The system allows you to get your gear without having to crawl into your vehicle. The system features four ammo cans which support the deck, provide additional storage capacity, and enable access to your bed's tie-downs for easy, hassle-free installation. They can be used to organize small items like screws, nuts, and bolts while working on or around your van. With a system weight of approximately 200 pounds, DECKED won't dramatically effect fuel economy or vehicle payload capacity.
This storage system features edge and end guards which protect the ends of your unit, offer a bottle opener, and allow for scaled measurement. DECKED system is also available with locks, trays, dividers, Core Trax, and T-Tracks which are sold separately. The system is incredibly easy to assemble and install. Limited drilling or alteration of a van is necessary. Most vans require no drilling. Adapters and brackets are used to bolt DECKED to the van body. This system comes with stainless, galvanized, and zinc chromate steel hardware. In case of need, DECKED can be removed and re-installed in 15 minutes. This system in made in America and is backed by a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty.
