All CSR Products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of the original purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased from CSR Performance Products. The liability of CSR Performance Products is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts to the original purchaser ONLY.

This warranty is good for 1 year from the date of the original purchase. The manufacturer reserves the right to require written proof of the name of the original purchaser and the date of the purchase. Purchaser is aware that this product is to be installed in racing equipment and is subject to varied conditions because of the manner in which it is installed and used.

Furthermore, CSR Performance Products makes no representation as to the suitability of any products for installation upon any specified equipment, nor does it warrant the skill of any person installing said product.

CSR Performance Products is not, and the purchaser agrees, liable for any consequential damages, expense, or injury arising from the use, misuse, or improper installation of any products.

This limited warranty shall be void and without any force or effect if the product(s) have been altered in any way or repaired by any person, corporation or company not authorized by CSR Performance Products to make said alterations or repairs. The warranty shall also be void if the product has been subject to misuse, abuse or neglect.
