Universal Ruster Converter (18419) by CRC®. 1 gal. Apply to any rusted metal surface to stop rust in its tracks. Eliminates the need for sanding and scraping. Neutralizes rust and converts it to a tough primer in one easy step. Protective coating helps prevent future rust and may be painted if desired.
