Garmin GPS
Usual quality from Garmin. This is my first refurbished GPS. I saved money on a "like new" GPS from CARiD. Next time when it's time change / update / or upgrade a GPS; I'll take another look through CARiD with a refurbished GPS from Garmin and save money too!

Great Product!
I really like the way the base can be molded to fit the curve of your dash. It seems very secure. I plan on ordering one for my truck too.

Magellan Roadmate Windshield mount
This is the same mount that was originally supplied with the unit, so it works (amazingly enough) just like the original. Portions of the rubber coating on the ball part of the original mount had come off, making the ball-and-socket of the mount loose and wobbly. The new mount fixed this. (I would have been very upset if it hadn't.) If you need a new mount and this one will fit your model, it will work fine.

TomTom Air Vent Mount
This is very handy; clips on, remove in a second, attach in a second. We both have Subaru, and I got the first one. I loved it, ordered another for DH. His was not as handy. It all depends on the arrangement of the ac vents. Mine are higher on the dash-above the radio. View of screen is at steering wheel level. Hubby's ac vents are below his radio level. GPS is too low, and leans forward due to angle. I think a 1/2 inch shim could be fashioned and wedged under the lower edge of the GPS, tilting it up to sight line.
