There are many things that can pose a threat to your car’s fine finish. The elements, direct sunlight, and dust may not seem dangerous – until they cause costly damage to the paintjob. Protecting your investment with a car cover is one of the best things you can do to keep it looking showroom new. Essentially, the cover is a barrier between your vehicle’s skin and harmful factors. Prevent those scratches, dings, and discoloration from degrading your car’s appearance. Use one of our covers to shield it against a wide range of hazards and retain its value.

Universal vs Custom Fit

We have covers for all types of vehicles and all environmental conditions. While choosing the right one, decide between universal and custom fit options in the first place. As its name implies, a universal fit design is made to suit a variety of similarly-sized vehicles. You get a budget-friendly cover that is certainly better than no protection at all, but it will neither fit your car snugly nor have specific features like mirror pockets. Each custom-sewn cover is specifically shaped for your make and model ensuring a no-flap fit. This type also has provisions for mirrors, antennas, spoilers, and other factory-installed accessories.

Safe Indoor Storage

Indoor and outdoor car covers provide different levels of protection. Parking your prized possession in the garage may already seem to be a sufficient measure, but the truth is that it’s not only your car that you store in the garage. Neighboring bikes, lawn equipment, patio furniture, and anything else that you happen to keep there can leave scratches and dents when moved around. All too often, a garage doubles as a work space, which means that you can accidentally cause serious damage to your vehicle’s finish while painting, sanding, and doing other kinds of jobs. We have indoor covers which will keep dirt, dust, and debris off your car. Many of them feature soft inner linings for added protection. Lightweight, breathable materials let moisture evaporate ensuring there is no mildew, mold, or rust.

Premium Protection Outdoors

An outdoor cover will protect your investment from harsh weather conditions while also working as a theft deterrent. Depending on how severe the conditions may get, there are many types of multi-layer materials and waterproof fabrics available. Whether it’s sun, heat, rain, dust, or impact among the most common risk factors, you can pick from car covers which provide varying degrees of protection in each category.

  • UV Damage. If you tend to park your car under direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time, you need protection from UV rays and overheating. The covers made to keep your vehicle safe from sun damage typically have a layer of aluminized material to reflect UV rays.
  • Precipitation. For rainy areas, we offer materials which repel water while remaining breathable. They feature densely woven microfibers to resist water permeation. If subjected to cold winter conditions, your car, truck, or SUV needs to be protected from snow and small hail. Rain/Snow rated covers are thick enough to prevent moisture from penetrating the fabric and freezing underneath. Hail protection comes courtesy of a soft padded layer.
  • Dust and dirt. What you want from a dust proof cover is a snug fit. That’s why the only option is a custom fit product. There may be extras like elastic hems which keep the cover in place. Fabrics are dense enough to trap dirt particles while still allowing condensation to evaporate.
  • Impact protection. Covers which can safeguard your car from dings and dents typically feature a multi-layer construction with soft inner lining that doesn’t scratch paint.

Other Options

We also have many options for those who want to protect their vehicles in style. We carry covers with logos and printed patterns in a multitude of colors and tone combinations. They are sourced from some of the world’s most trusted brands which boast tons of positive user reviews, including Covercraft and Rhino Shelter. We offer a lineup of specialty products, including inflatable “bubble” covers which ensure complete isolation from hazards. If you are looking for a portable garage, which is essentially an easy-to- install tent which can create a storage space wherever you go, you’ll find the right one in our store.

Car Covers Reviews

I've had this car cover for over a year now. It's holding up well - no rips or tears, and had been in use for roughly half the days since I bought it (so 6 months of use in California sun, not really used when it rains). I like the silver exterior which reflects light and helps keep the car cool in the summer. In 90-100F+ heat, the car is noticeably cooler inside than outside. (I also use a reflective sunshade in the windshield.) The only caveat is that it is rather big for the car. The elastic holds the cover in place on the car, and front-to-back / side-to-side it is sufficiently snug, but vertically (up and down) it is very roomy. Even with a roof rack on the car, it seems too big vertically. It is so roomy that I can get the cover on the car even when there is a ski rack or bike carriers (without bikes, of course) on the roof rack.
