The STS, or Seville Touring Sedan, was a mid-size luxury sedan from Cadillac. It was marketed in the U.S. from 2005 through 2011. This vehicle has undergone two generations: from 2005 to 2007, and from 2008 to 2012. The STS-V model entered production in 2006. It was powered with a supercharged 4.4 L Northstar V8 engine. The first-generation STS had two engine options: a 3.6 L LY7 V6 and 4.6 L Northstar LH2 V8. Both of them were coupled with either a five-speed or six-speed automatic transmission. The second-generation STS featured a 3.6 L V6 engine (with direct fuel injection) that was mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
