Poor Fit
Bushwacker® - OE Style Fender Flares
The rear units both seemed to fit ahoy but the holes on the front ones are in excess of an inch out of place. Once installed they do look pretty good, though.

These were installed by a professional following the included instructions first off. During really warm temperatures they flex and pull away from the truck body. I have been afraid the carwash will tear them off, or the wind at high road speeds (80mph here).

The rubber gasket that goes between the flare and fender is held with adhesive tape to the flare. It is not much fun to attach. When attaching the flare to the fender the gasket does not want to stay in place. The plastic tool you get is marginal at best at getting the gasket straight. Also had to redrill two holes to get the flare tight against the fender in one spot. Although they were a chore to install, I do like the appearance.

Put these on my 2002 Silverado and they look awesome! Very easy to install. Very happy.

If everything was made to spec by Bushwacker, the installation would probably take an hour for all four wheels with simple hand tools. That is not the case. The side marker lights don’t fit at all. Requiring extensive use of a Dremel tool for cutting and sanding and epoxy glue as tabs holding the sidelight have to be shaved to get it to fit. One side was bad, the other side much worse. Luckily for me I have such tools. The final install looks great only because of work. Fenders without sidelights may not have the problem. They were way off. If you do not have tools or talent and you have sidelights pay someone else to do it.

Bushwacker OE Style Fender Flares.
Received the flares well packaged and in good order. Removing the old mud flaps and preparing the areas took longer then installing the flares which fit perfectly without any trimming at all. I sprayed the fender surfaces with fluid film before attaching the fender flares for added protection. They are very good looking and appear like they've been on the truck from day one. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall fit on my 2002 F-250 was good. Both rear flares required minor trimming near the lower forward part of the wheel well. Quick work with a Dremel tool. I chose to have mine painted to match the truck. If you choose to do the same, I recommend you have them painted buy someone familiar with preparing plastic parts for paint.

Excellent!
Easy to follow instruction. Quick and easy installation. Quality is great! Price is pretty fair. Shipping is over a hundred dollars but I guess because I live in AK.
