      How does the MobileDock suction and cradle stay sticky?

      Both the suction and cradle's surface can be washed regularly with warm water. Once dry, both surfaces will resume their original stickiness.

      Bracketron does not recommend leaving the Nav-Mat II Portable GPS Dash Mount on the dash for extended periods. Sunlight over time will gradually cause you dash to fade with the exception of the area beneath the Nav-Mat II Portable GPS Dash Mount. Secondly, leaving any mounting device out in the open may alert thieves to the potential presence of your valuable electronics.

      Will the vent mounts work on all vents?

      The vent mounts only work on horizontal louvers less than .75" wide and some vertical louvers.

      Can I use this with vertical air vents?

      Yes, to use with vertical air vents rotate the spring clip a quarter of a turn to mount on the side of the vent louver.

      What is the difference between the PHV-200-BL and PHV-202-BL?

      The adapters included are the Garmin T-Notch Adapter, Magellan Dual T-Slot, TomTom GO, and TomTom EasyPort.

      Vent Mount Docking Kit

      Is the Vent Mount Docking Kit expandable?

      Each of the two wings can be positioned in one of the three slots on either side of the main body of the Mobile Docking Kit. The max width will be 2.5".

      Will the Vent Mount Docking Kit fit my Nano?

      Yes, the Vent Mount Docking Kit comes with two sets of wings, regular and set of smaller nano wings.

      Does the Docking Kit have to be mounted to the air vent?

      No the single t-slot used to mount the Docking Kit is compatible with most of Bracketron mounting products.

      Will the vent mounts work on all vents?

      What is the small rectangular piece that came in package?

      The piece is the Bracketron Reverse AMPS Adapter Plate which can be use to convert devices that use the 4 hole AMPS pattern to a single T-Notch connection.

      What is an AMPS Pattern?

      The AMPS Pattern is an industry standard used by may device manufacturers as a way of attaching their products to a variety of mounting devices. The measurement is approximately 1.496" by 1.181" on center.

      Nav-Pro™ GPS Windshield Mount

      What is included with the Nav-Pro Windshield Mount?

      The Nav-Pro Windshield Mount includes an AMPS Adapter Plate, Single T-Notch AMPS Adapter Plate, Magellan Dual T-Slot, Garmin and TomTom Ball Adapters, and TomTom EasyPort.

      Does the kit come with a Garmin Bracket Mount to my GPS?

      Some Garmin devices need the "C" shaped Garmin Bracket Mount to be mounted properly. The Kit does not include the Garmin Bracket mount. It is not a product available through Bracketron. If you need the Garmin Bracket Mount you will have to purchase it from Garmin. The Garmin Bracket Mount will interface with the included Garmin Ball. Bracketron recommends its Grip-iT Holder as a suitable alternative.

      Which GPS adapters are included?

      The adapters included are the Garmin T-Notch Adapter, Magellan Dual T-Slot, TomTom GO, and TomTom EasyPort.

      Can I get a replacement window mount?

      Yes the window mount included with this product is the same as the Infinite Angle Windshield Mount.

      Tablet Windshield/Dash Mount

      What size tablet will it hold?

      Fits tablets from 4.5” to 7.75” wide and 5.5” to 11” tall.

      Can this work on my dash?

      Yes, the mount includes a round disc with 3M adhesive tape on the back. Apply the 3M adhesive to your dash and the suction cup to the flat surface on the plate.

      The 1.25" adjustable shaft on the Cup-iT™ Cup Holder Mount is rigid, but will bend.
