In March of the following year, BorgWarner acquired Kuhlman Corporation as a means to gain access to Schwitzer, Inc., a leading manufacturer of turbochargers for commercial transportation and industrial equipment.
With the integration of 3K-Warner Turbosystems and Schwitzer, BorgWarner continues to set new technological standards in the field of engine boosting.
