If you prefer the simplicity and maintenance-free nature of traditional metal coil springs and shock absorbers, Arnott offers conversion kits that let you remove your vehicle’s air springs and deactivate the rest of the system. Coil springs and shock absorbers are designed specifically for your make and model, and they are designed to bolt on right to the existing mounting points that your air springs formerly used. While you may lose some of the adaptability air suspension systems provide, Arnott’s coil springs feature a variable spring rate that provides a softer, more comfortable ride that progresses to a firmer ride under load - all completely without the help of complex electronics, motors, and pressurized air parts. Based on the design of your vehicle, your kit may include rubber spring pads or shims.

Founded in Florida in 1989, Arnott® began with self-taught knowledge of air springs by a father and son team who performed repairs on air suspension systems on vehicles so equipped across their home state of Florida. Word of the Arnott’s mechanical expertise on air springs spread to a growing customer base eager to hire them, inspiring them to design and produce their own equipment, beginning in 1994. Since then, Arnott has continued to specialize in high quality components for air suspension components only, and faithfully builds all parts they sell to equal or greater levels of quality and durability than manufacturers do – matching or improving on the materials, design, and thickness of seals to name just a few things. Cost savings and great values come not from cheaper construction, lack of product testing, or cut-rate labor from questionable locations, but from the absence of markup that new car dealers and manufacturers subject customers to. Arnott proudly manufacturers and re-manufactures air springs and other suspension kits in the United States.

Good Purchase.
Arnott® - Rear Air to Coil Conversion Kit
After all reviews and research I did decide to replace my air suspension to coil Suspension. I think I did good decision. As I'm just coming from air suspension to coil suspension, there are slight changes I feel when I am in the rough road, but doesn't feel any changes in the smooth road. Visual height of the vehicle is excellent. Arnott coil spring suspension I feel strong and worry free. No more replacing air suspension compressor. Working on air suspension is tons of money. Arnott coil suspension I would recommend others to buy.

Excellent Product
Arnott® - Rear Air to Coil Conversion Kit
Product looks great. Just followed the directions to install. Having the bypass module was great so that I did not have to stare at a warning light.

Great Value
Arnott® - Rear Air to Coil Conversion Kit
After converting my air suspension over to a coil, I was concerned about the same quality ride. The ride is the same if not better.

2008 Lincoln Navigator
Arnott® - Rear Air to Coil Conversion Kit
I replaced the air ride system on a 2008 Lincoln Navigator with the Arnott Coil Conversion. Pro's: well built product, can't really tell a difference in the ride, would recommend this product. Con's: does take a little more time to put on that I thought, have a air compressor with impact or breaker bar for the bottom bolt of the air ride.

Coil Strut Conversion
Arnott® - Rear Air to Coil Conversion Kit
The new struts work great. However the instructions that come with the kit make it seam much easier that not really is. It doesn't mention needing to remove all of the sway bars an traction control components. Pretty much everything on the rear end needs to be removed in order for the new strut to have room to go in.

Arnott Rear Coil Spring Conversion Kit
I installed it without any problems on my 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. On the highway and on the city streets of NYC, the truck handles as it did with air springs when I am driving by myself or with a few passengers; I haven't tried towing or loading the truck anywhere near the max payload yet. Now I don't have to listen to the compressor turn on every few minutes due to leaky air springs (which probably would have burned out the compressor in short time). If you don't want to spend big bucks fixing an old vehicle, this is the best alternative. Also, it's made in Florida, USA.

Perfect For Replacement
My Ford just dropped on one side the other day, so it kind of forced me to buy this conversion kit. I had it installed by a friend of mine, and even though at first the ride seemed to have a bit of unusual feel, I'm now used to it and think it's even better than the genuine one I had originally.
