NiCopp™ Nickel/Copper Brake Line Tubing Coil by AGS®. Use to fabricate 1/4" Domestic and adapter brake lines. When combined with tube nuts and flaring tool, coils are an economical solution for shops that want to build their own lines, custom lengths or non-standard applications. Use to fabricate 3/16? Domestic, European, Japanese, British, and adapter brake lines.

NiCopp is a nickel-copper alloy brake tubing that meets SAE Standard J1047 and ISO 4038. Meeting all international and U.S. requirements for brake tubing. This alloy is approximately 9.2% nickel, 1.4% iron, 0.8% manganese, and 88.6% copper. Under the UNS system, this alloy is designated as UNS C70600. NiCopp therefore has the strength and structural integrity of steel lines but with the added benefit of being much more corrosion resistant. NiCopp is also easier to bend and form than steel tubing. Nickel-copper, commonly referred to as ’90-10 copper’, has been used on several European vehicle brake systems since the 1970’s, including: Volvo, Audi, Porsche, and Aston Martin. NiCopp has been used on hydraulic/fluid transfer systems on vehicles where steel lines and tubing are commonly used. This includes brake, fuel and transmission systems. AGS warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Consumable products are warranted, at the time of sale, only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use. Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use. This warranty only extends to the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned.

During the applicable duration of the warranty, at its option, AGS® will repair or replace its products which fail to give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship or materials, or provide a refund by repaying or crediting customer with an amount equal to the purchase price of such products. Repair, replacement, or refund shall be at the election and expense of AGS®, and is customer’s exclusive remedy in place of all other rights and remedies. By repairing or replacing a product, or providing a refund, AGS® does not waive a claim that a product nevertheless has been subject to abnormal use.

In addition to any limitations outlined in warranty statements provided with the Product, AGS® does not provide any warranty for:

Products subjected to “abnormal use”

Products that are not labeled AGS® or XForce® are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturers of those products and AGS® will pass along any such warranties. “Abnormal use” includes misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in product-related service, or use after the product is significantly worn. Abnormal use also includes, without limitation, situations when a unit is pulled using a mechanical vehicle, rolled over large drops, used in a highly corrosive environment, modified with non-AGS® or XForce® parts, overloaded or modified in any way.
