    • Axle Shafts

      AAM axle shafts use specialized steel produced to rigorous standards demanded by OEM truck and SUV manufacturers. The heat treat and forging operations used to produce AAM axle shafts are designed to manufacture shafts that will withstand the high use demands in all applications. AAM processes to roll the splines ensure optimal strength and durability of each axle shaft.

      Differential Cases

      AAM differential cases are machined and assembled to the high OEM quality standards and tolerances. All cases and case assemblies are designed and tested for each specific vehicle application. Low pinion flange runout, a key specification, is assured for maximum quietness.

      Ring & Pinion Gear Sets

      AAM ring and pinion gear sets are uniquely designed to match the requirements the OEM designated for your specific vehicle. All performance factors for the size and weight of the specific vehicle must be taken into account. AAM innovative "Two-Cut" manufacturing process ensures the lowest tolerances possible for the quiet operation required by OEM customers. This "Two-Cut" design also allows for easier set up in the aftermarket replacement business.       Pinion Flanges

      Differential Cover Pans

      AAM offers a complete line of OEM replacement differential cover pan kits for GM and Chrysler rear drive and front drive axles. These differential cover pan kits are designed and engineered by AAM’s research and development team to meet or exceed the OEM specifications, and to ensure correct fit and function. Each cover pan kit contains all the parts you need to get the job done - cover pan, bolts, gaskets and even a drain plug to use if necessary.       Disconnect Shifter Kits

      AAM offers an authentic OE disconnect shifter kit for most GM front axles in all wheel and 4 wheel drive erosions. Packaged for your convenience and ease of installation, the components in these kits directly replace the original unit. The kit contains the return spring, shifter fork, tube bolt, thrust washer, shifter sleeve, I/O shaft assembly, shifter housing, differential carrier thrust washer, differential shifter seal, carrier connector, differential shifter spring and differential thrust washer. All of these components have been designed, manufactured and validated to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and produced according the original design to meet the OE specifications.
