A performance exhaust system is one of the most common ways of improving a vehicle's operation. The theory is simple; just reduce restriction to increase exhaust flow and you gain power. But all exhaust systems are not created equal; in reality there's more to it than just selling some sewer pipe sized tubes.

aFe tests its systems on the flow bench and the dynamometer to determine the right pipe size and muffler construction. Then they mandrel bend the pipes to ensure they maintain their shape and size throughout the entire length, to provide smooth, unrestricted airflow. Tubes that are not mandrel bent can lose up to 20% of their diameter in sharp bends. Some systems also include a straight muffler delete pipe if a more aggressive sound and maximum flow is desired. A typical aFe system will increase exhaust flow by up to 29% and lower EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) by up to 100º, with a corresponding improvement in power and performance.

But performance is only part of the equation. A quality exhaust system should be easy to install and made to last. The muffler and all pipes of the Mach Force XP system are constructed from durable 409 stainless steel. To ensure a tight seal, slotted and swedged ends are used whenever possible. When used with the supplied premium quality band clamps, the tightest, leak-free seal is the result. Every hanger is thoroughly welded on each side to ensure a strong attachment and the hangers also feature swaged bayonet ends to lock in place once installed.

Easy Install , Everything Included , Sounds Great
Easy to install, took about 1 hour, no jack needed. all parts where included that needed to be installed. It’s like a puzzle, needed to loosen the middle and rear hook support brackets that are bolted to frame for easier install insert of the exhaust hooks into the rubber supports. Keep everything loose until it’s all connected. I used a can of wd40 on the joint to adjust the tail pipe to muffler connection and get it to slide in smooth and to adjust tail pipe so it faces up or down to your liking . Make sure to tighten after install and tighten again after 50 miles or so.sound is amazing , definitely makes the v8 titan sound like a v8, a for sure noticeable upgrade from stock . Sounds extra nice cruising through parking garages. For the price it’s a good find

Not a Perfect Fit.
The exhaust was not a perfect fit, they had to weld it and it does not sound aggressive at all, can barley tell a difference.

Exhaust Tip
Sounds great. Easy install. Only issue is the black exhaust tip paint peeled off after just 2 days. I repainted with caliper paint. Other than that I’m very happy with it. Heat test the tips before shipping.

Not Very Happy
Flange to converter not symmetrical part of the flange seated a good 1.5 the rest barley seated .75" on converter. That pipe was apx 1 foot too long, had to cot it. And to be honest it really doesn't sound that great, almost the same as before when the truck had a bad muffler.

Awesome exhaust! The aFe Mach Force plus my S&B cold air intake really woke my truck up! Loud when I want it to be loud and quiet when I want I want it quiet! All in all I would definitely recommend.

Great Sound!
Makes my car sound so much better! Really sounds like a car that has some speed now without making it sound like a rice burner. Love it so far!

Awesome Sound Exhaust System
The exhaust sounds awesome. Deep and throaty but not loud enough to wake the neighbors. Install was kind of a pain in the butt. I had to cut 12" off the mid pipe. Says it fits 145" wheel base but it is really 157". Had to buy nuts for the bolts from y-pipe to mid pipe. I bought M10- 1.5 I believe. Other than that it wasn't bad. Took about an 1.5-2 hours to remove old exhaust and install new exhaust. Bought for a great deal and I couldn't be happier that I did. There is some cabin drone but it isn't that bad. I recommend this exhaust.
