The X2 set of step bars features 6-inch oval tubing that curves slightly inward at both ends without actually touching the vehicle. Directly below the doors, however, the bars run in a straight line to ensure safe, comfortable stepping everywhere it’s needed. Available polished stainless steel or black powder coat finishes nicely complement chrome or blackout trim that are already on the vehicle.
Black, textured polyethylene step pads are standard for extra grip in all weather conditions. Polished to a chrome-like shine, corrosion-resistant stainless steel can easily last a lifetime. However, if your truck sees heavy duty use, you may want to consider the black powder coated version made from traditional steel featuring higher tensile strength and rigidity.
