SES Trims USA Inc. guarantees its 304 Stainless Steel grilles and pillar post products agains defects in workmanship and material (rusting and chipping) for a limited lifetime guarantee. On all chrome plastic ABS trims they provide one year warranty. Any defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship will be warranted by SES Trims USA Inc. and replaced under their discretion. Any damages caused by freight carries, improper installation, misuse or collision will not be warranted by SES Trims USA Inc.
SES Trims warrants each new product to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, negligence by the user or the product is used for racing or completion purposes.
All warranty items are extended from the date of purchase to the original consumer/purchaser of record for the original vehicle the product was installed on. Also, SES Trims does not warrant for damage or defects resulting from collision, or road hazards.
Customers who believe they have a defective product (except as noted) should return it to the dealer from which it was purchased along with proof of purchase and a complete description of the problem. The product must be returned freight pre-paid. If a thorough inspection of the product indicated defects in workmanship or material, SES Trims sole obligation on all products shall be to repair or replace the product. Warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost of installation or removal.
SES Trims shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.
