2013 Subaru WRX Roof Spoilers

The product arrived within 2 weeks to Canada, and well packaged - boxed and bubble wrapped - which was great. At first glance it looked very good, but after closer inspection 2 of the 4 threaded inserts were cracked in the resin and release agent was still on the insert - likely what lead to the cracking as it didn't cure properly. After fitting one of the supplied bolts by hand, the insert twisted free of the resin and separated. And the edges were rough with no openings cut for the light or washer tip - will require some sanding and filling of resin to smooth out so not too big of a deal, just added work for installation. I contacted customer support who promptly made arrangements to correct my situation. Excellent service. That's being said, the wing fit perfectly on the car, all bolt holes line up with factory ones. And looked great. Fit - A+? Finish - C at best.
