2009 Chevy Suburban Off-Road Front Bumpers

My new bumper guard looks great now it is all in place but the whole experience was not quite so great except for my independent installers who were patient and flexible to say the least. Ryan who was the initial salesperson at CARiD who dealt with me was helpful, efficient and professional but did not make it clear that the bumper was winch ready as opposed to coming with a winch. Shipping was fraught with delays which were blamed on the holidays and my having given an incorrect contact number. When I eventually spoke with someone at the freight company it was to discover my bumper had been sitting on her dock for days as she had called CARiD to no avail regarding my contact information which I had relayed correctly but had been incorrectly relayed in house. The holidays had nothing to do with it.
