    A bumper is a shield made of steel, aluminum, rubber, or plastic attached to the front and rear end to protect you and your vehicle in a crash. Apart from ultimate protection, this component is the outermost and most visible part of the vehicle which can make or break the overall aesthetics. Bumpers and their underlying components commonly suffer impact damage in even a minor collision as well as wear out after years of use. Flawed bumper components can compromize the look and function of your bumper which is why they ultimately need to be replaced.

    Bumper covers perform a decorative and protective function, covering your bumper for a sleek look and strengthening its protective and shock absorbency capabilities. As the only visible part of the bumper assembly, the bumper cover dresses up the bumper and catches the eye. Years of use and collisions leave dents, scratches, and cracks on once smooth surface of the bumper cover, making your vehicle look unsightly. If you want to bring your vehicle back to its previous glory without draining your pocket, look no further than correct-as-original Sherman bumper covers.

    Made to OE specifications, these top-notch replacement components are a sure way to restore and maintain the factory look of your bumper. They will provide top-notch protection for the bumper and help absorb shocks in a collision. When it comes to authenticity, Sherman bumper covers are designed to duplicate the factory components as close as possible. They are made from proper materials to be as strong and durable as their genuine counterparts. Superior bumper covers from Sherman have the same appearance as the originals and provide a direct fit for ease of installation, with no modifications required. So, keep your vehicle in top shape with high-grade Sherman bumper components that will help make your bumper repair or restoration project perfect, down to the last detail.

    Warranty Information

    What is covered - Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Radiators are also lifetime to the vehicle's original owner. Accessories carry the full factory warranty from date of purchase. Sherman guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards. This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, a new part will be provided without charge. Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its North American plated chrome bumpers.

    Sherman offers a 3-year warranty on all of its gas tanks and condensers.

    Sherman offers a 1-year warranty on all its overseas plated chrome bumpers. This also applies to those parts, such as door handles, tailgate hardware, cooling fan motors and hydraulic struts which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear.

    What is not covered - This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental cost involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust-through resulting from:
    1) Accident damage;
    2) Improper installation;
    3) Damages during shipping;
    4) Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner;
    5) Installation without proper undercoating, sealing, or painting;
    6) Rust due to overtightening of the bolts on chrome bumpers resulting in cracked chrome around the bolt holes. These bumpers must be installed by hand to torque specifications.

    Sherman shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts. It is strongly suggested that parts be inspected and test fitted prior to painting or undercoating. Sherman assumes no responsibility for any cost incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of a product.
