The Hyper-Flex™ System Master Set includes complete sets of left- and right-side polyurethane bushings for suspension system rebuilds. If your vehicle is tuned for aggressive performance, off-roading, or carrying heavy loads, polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension provide a high level of resilience – keeping all suspension components properly positioned and aligned with a minimum of looseness. If your vehicle has worn OEM rubber bushings, you'll be impressed with the way these dampen vibration, noise, and harshness over any terrain without shredding. All hardware is included.

Polyurethane construction provides superior resilience to prevent harsh vibrations from being transferred into the passenger area, and the bushings will not collapse, deform, or crumble the way rubber ones can – even when used over rough roads. Polyurethane offers the ability to stand up and perform well under extreme temperatures, resist degrading after being exposed to road grime, salt, and oily contaminants, and resist crumbling when the hard blows are delivered. Energy Suspension proudly manufactures all components in the United States, and backs them with a 2-year warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects.

Founded in the early 1980s in San Clemente, California, Energy Suspension® has specialized in the development and improvement of polyurethane, and has always been a believer in finding ways to use it to create products that improve automotive performance. Since the company's earliest days, their mission has been to be number one in quality and product lineup when it comes to polyurethane bushings, mounts, and other vibration-dampening grommets. Today, their worldwide presence and industry-wide respect show their efforts have paid off. Energy Suspension has achieved many firsts in the world of polyurethane suspension products, and on our website we offer many of its products at budget-friendly prices.

Dave's 2003 Ford Ranger, TX
I am a USPS Rural Mail Carrier and use my 2003 Ford Ranger to deliver mail. It has 250K + miles on it and it takes a beating. Started to have issues with almost all of the rubber bushings dry rotting (steering, chassis and rear end). Handling started to be an issue. Ordered the complete kit (4.18126R) for the Ranger. Took me almost four weeks to completely install the kit, but, mostly due to work schedule, tools, and Ford making it nearly impossible to get some of the old bushings out. The kit (ordered the red color) looks great, really sharpens up the look of the under carriage. Just got the alignment done and handling is better than when the ranger was new. The only issue I had with the kit was the rear spring shackle bushings. They are too big in diameter to fit into the shackle eye and I could not use them. I had to buy new shackles and settle with the standard rubber bushings they come with. This is an awesome product but read and heed the instructions before you start installation. This is a very labor intense and special tool requirement installation. As the instructions state, If you are not qualified to perform the installation (I add tools also) then have it performed by a qualified tech.
