    Replace Accessories

Jeep Cherokee 1999-2000, Radiator by Replace®. The radiator contains a series of small tubes through which coolant flows from the engine. A network of fins surrounds the tubes. Airflow through the grille when the vehicle is at speed, or drawn though by the fan when the vehicle is idling or at low speed, flows through the radiator. Heat is transferred from the coolant to the fins and to the cooler ambient air. If testing proves that your radiator is leaking, clogged, or otherwise damaged, don’t pay the high dealer price for a replacement, when you can get an OE quality radiator for much less from Replace.

The most common reason for radiator replacement is coolant leakage, but a radiator can also fail because it is clogged or the cooling fins are damaged. Leaks that aren’t obvious can be detected with a pressure tester. Deposit buildup, usually caused by not changing the coolant at regular intervals, can clog coolant passages and reduce coolant flow. Debris buildup in the fins and fins that are bent over from impact will reduce airflow through the radiator. Any of these defects can cause reduced cooling system efficiency and engine overheating.

In the past if you needed a radiator you had to pay for an expensive replacement from the dealer. Today you can fix your car or truck properly and have money left in your pocket with a quality replacement radiator from Replace. Replace offers OE quality radiators at less than original equipment prices. You get the same quality part that you’d get at the dealer without the high dealer price. A Replace radiator will look, fit and function just like a radiator from the dealer, so the cooling system in your car or truck will perform properly. Replace radiators are designed using the latest software so they exactly replicate the OE units, then they’re manufactured using the most modern tooling, so the end product looks, fits and functions exactly as designed.

Repairing your car or truck is expensive enough without paying more than necessary for quality parts. A Replace radiator is the sensible alternative to the high dealer price markup. A Replace radiator will get your car or truck operating perfectly again, without breaking the bank. Replace is so confident in the quality of its parts that they’re backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed.

When selecting the Replace® component that is right for your model from the Product Options list, you may be offered a choice of Good, Better or Best. Good may be a part manufactured by a different company than the one that made the original part, but because it's based on the same design, it will look and function identically to the OE part. Better may be a part made by a brand name manufacturer and Best may be a part made by the same manufacturer that made the original part. Some parts labeled Best bear the seal of the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA), an independent, non-profit organization that oversees a testing program to guarantee the quality of automotive parts. CAPA certified replacement parts meet the industry's toughest standards. But regardless of how the part is labeled, have confidence that whichever one you choose, it will appear and function to your satisfaction.
