You count on your truck to handle whatever you need it to do. With MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to 18 more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque not to mention lower EGTs. More pulling power, improved throttle response, greater fuel efficiency, with an MBRP diesel performance exhaust you will be amazed at what your truck can do.
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200°F and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installation a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.
Performance is one thing but at MBRP we believe that appearance and sound are just as important. Every MBRP performance exhaust system has been specifically tuned to get the optimal sound from your pickup. With our new stamped logo on the tip and our unmistakable styling, there's no question that you have the hottest performance exhaust on the road - MBRP.
Look far and wide, and you’ll have a hard time finding a black exhaust system. And it doesn’t matter what it says on that spray can of high-temp black paint you were reading at the auto parts store last week, it isn’t long-lasting. The only way to achieve a true black finish on an exhaust pipe is to bake it on before assembly. The high-heat black ceramic coating on MBRP’s Black Series is warrantied for a full year. But there’s a second compelling reason to give your truck an upgraded exhaust system: the performance. The free-flowing your exhaust system is, the less energy is needed to push exhaust gases out past the turbocharger and out of the cylinders. Better yet, a low-restriction exhaust leaves less residual exhaust inside the combustion chamber at the end of the scavenge cycle, which allows more air in during the intake stroke. And more air means more power, especially if you’ve added more fuel with a tuner or some other mod.
Fifteen years ago, MBRP® started in the exhaust business by introducing the B&B Eliminator, a silencer that quickly became the best-selling snow machine muffler of all time. Exhaust system technology being as universal as it is, they soon branched off into cars, Jeeps, and diesel trucks, with amazing success. One of their secrets has been the practice of making as many universal-fit kits as possible. A couple of extra parts in the box means that a single kit might fit a number of different wheelbase pickup trucks, for instance. Reducing complexity in ordering is better for them, better for their distributors, and a great benefit for their customers, who are more likely to be able to find a kit that fits their vehicle on hand. In addition, they go to great lengths to make sure their systems fit properly every time. Careful attention to design and fabrication delivers a system that doesn’t need customization with a hammer to fit properly before the car or truck comes off the lift.
