OffroadLEDbars DOES NOT send repaired or used lighting for warranty claims. If your product qualifies for warranty you will be sent a BRAND NEW unit at no additional fee.

OffroadLEDbars requires 14 days after the defective item has been received by OffroadLEDbars to inspect and ship the replacement item.

OffroadLEDbars is not subject to or liable for any and all charges incurred in the removal, repair, installation, or other actions

Any products which have been modified, cut, welded, bent, severely damaged, or used on the vehicle are not subject to a return for a non-warranty claim. No exceptions.

Your Warranty may be voided for the following reasons:

Any damage caused by factors beyond “normal use and normal wear and tear”
Negligence in the use, installation, or handling of the product
Abuse or misuse
Tampering with the fixture
Improper installation
Lack of proof of purchase

All OffroadLEDbars warranties are non-transferable from the original purchaser.

All warranty claims are void unless a copy of the original purchase receipt is provided.

In all cases of a warranty claim, OffroadLEDbars will hold the sole right in determining if the product’s warranty is to be voided due to any of the conditions above or depending on the condition of the claim.

OffroadLEDbars is not liable for any damages or charges incurred in the use of a product; these charges include but are not limited to legal tickets/infractions, on road use, fire, vehicle loss, rental vehicle, or replacement etc.

OffroadLEDbars covers the following under our warranty: Failure of diodes and Water retention.

OffroadLEDbars DOES NOT cover fading of casing and rusting of bolts as varying climates have adverse and uncontrollable affects on these elements of our lights as well as fuses or relays of wire harnesses.
