For decades, the front and rear bumpers on your classic or muscle car faithfully protected the car's front and rear sheet metal. Leading the way and trailing behind as the car motored down the road, those bumpers absorbed dings and dents from other bumpers, parking lot barriers, shopping carts, etc. Today their once carefully styled shapes are nicked up and twisted, and the once shiny chrome is now rusted and pitted. To restore these bumpers to their former glory requires someone to bang out the dents, straighten them and chrome plate the surface, but this can be very time consuming not to mention very expensive. Why wait around, spend a lot of money and possibly be disappointed when you can have show-quality bumpers from the restoration experts at Goodmark.

Each Goodmark bumper is CAD/CAM designed to make sure it exactly replicates the original part, and then it's manufactured with the most modern tooling. Superior replacement bumpers from Goodmark are test fit to make sure it looks and fits perfectly. These restoration products are just what the doctor ordered if you're looking for a reliable bumper replacement that appears, mounts, and functions the same as the factory component.

Goodmark bumpers are die-stamped from the highest quality material, faithfully replicating the thickness and form of the original part. Then all chrome plated bumpers undergo a 3 step show-quality plating process of copper/nickel/chrome. This plating process meets or exceeds original factory standards. And Goodmark has everything you need to install your bumpers so your car has that just off the assembly line look. Goodmark bumper bolts have a shine equal to the bumper, and Goodmark bumper brackets and hardware will make sure your bumpers fit perfectly. Goodmark even has rubber and chrome bumper guards, bumper trim pads, bumper-to-grille filler panels, and bumper mounted reflectors for the attention-to-detail that makes for a great restoration.

Goodmark® was founded in 1991 by car enthusiasts, restorers and collectors just like you. They recognized that there was a need for quality restoration parts, especially sheet metal parts, if the restoration of our beloved American classics was to continue. Since that time, Goodmark has created a complete line of sheet metal, trim parts, and accessories for popular cars like the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang, and for previously difficult to restore cars like the Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Barracuda. Goodmark uses CAD/CAM (computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing) software and modern tooling and manufacturing techniques to create parts that are identical to factory original for perfect fit and finish. Quality parts tooled and manufactured by Goodmark are enabling many more American classic and muscle cars to return to the road, looking just as fine as the day they rolled off the assembly line.

    Warranty Information

Goodmark warrants its parts to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 120 days from the original date of purchase. Goodmark also will require pictures of the defect prior to a claim being filed. Liability of Goodmark under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price of the product. Goodmark hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Goodmark is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents or normal wear; nor is Goodmark responsible for labor charges, inconvenience or other expenses related to installation or use of Company products.

Goodmark Sheet Metal FYI Due to the nature of the material and production, the sheet metal products you receive may have scratches, dings, small dents and other minor imperfections which are considered normal. These imperfections will easily be corrected during the initial filling, priming and sanding of your repair or restoration. Goodmark does not consider dings, minor dents, scratches in the EDP primer or any other minor imperfection to be defective or damaged. ALL sheet metal panels will require some preparation and manipulation during the install process for a show quality fit and finish. Goodmark recommends that all sheet metal panels should be test fit before any prep work or paint is applied. Minor modifications such as elongating mounting holes, adding shims, etc, are normal and may be necessary when you are installing the product.

A few key facts to note are: Some driving conditions such as racing can put added stress on a vehicle's frame causing it to twist out of the factory's original tolerance specs. Poorly performed body work from a previous collision or restoration can cause problems with the body structure to which the panels are attached. A vehicle that has been sitting motionless, collecting rust, etc. for years may have developed a slumping frame, especially a sub framed car, which can cause fitment issues when installing new sheet metal products such as floor pans, fenders, doors and quarter panels.

The above mentioned situations are just a few key examples that can cause sheet metal panels to be misaligned during a repair or restoration. One other fact to consider is the tolerances on a classic vehicle were not nearly as exact as they are on today's modern vehicles. The primary reason is the assembly of most vintage or classic cars was performed by hand, not by the robotics that are used in today's modernized facilities. Because of this, the mounting points and bolt-holes were unique to each vehicle. Due to the above procedures performed in the past there really is no such thing as a direct, "bolt on" body panel when it comes to older vehicles. Goodmark recommends that you hire a licensed professional that possesses the proper tools, knowledge, skills and experience necessary to install the new panels on your vehicle. A professional can anticipate or repair any imperfections your panels may have prior to installation. Prior to returning any defective body panel or sheet metal item to Goodmark, please contact Company customer service department. You will be required to send to Goodmark a digital picture of all defects before you receive an RGA. Goodmark will not replace a panel should it be deemed that the panel is not defective, nor will Goodmark give compensation for labor fees associated with installation.
