Dodge DW Pickup 1979-1980, AeroBlade™ Load Bars by Thule®. Thule load bars are strong enough to bear the load, easy to install, and durable to last the miles. The SquareBar™ Load Bar is made of heavy-duty galvanized steel and plastic coated for durability. The AeroBlade load bar's exclusive BoxBeam™ construction makes it one of the strongest, most rigid bars available, and the aerodynamic design reduces wind noise and drag for an exceptionally quiet ride. Both bars can support up to 220 lbs. of cargo and are available in your choice of lengths.
|Equipped with T-track: Yes|
|Maximum load: 220 lbs/100 kg. Please also check the maximum roof load capacity of your vehicle|

The new SwingBlade™ end cap pivots open to allow full access to the t-slot for easy accessory installs.
The sophisticated BoxBeam™ aluminum extrusion creates one of the strongest load bars in the market. Using a vertical load test, the AeroBlade™ can sustain over 800 lbf of force.
WindDiffuser™ is a textured surface on the t-slot cover that disturbs the airflow better than a smooth surface, greatly reducing wing noise. The AeroBlade™ design also features sharp corners to promote clean “air release”, helping to reduce aerodynamic drag.
The new SmartSlide™ is a molded measurement system providing a quick, no-hassle, tapemeasure-free foot installation. SmartSlide™ also covers the underbar slot to improve aerodynamics and noise diffusion.
Sold 2 bars per pack.
Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The AeroBlade™ is a unique combination of aerodynamic design for a quiet ride and BoxBeam construction for strength. It has several features for reducing drag and noise. WindDiffuser™ is a textured surface on the T-slot cover that disturbs the airflow better than a smooth surface, greatly reducing wing noise, and the sharp corners on the AeroBlade™ promote clean "air release", helping to reduce aerodynamic drag. And along with its aerodynamic features the AeroBlade™ is also one of the strongest load bars on the market, thanks to its sophisticated BoxBeam construction. The BoxBeam aluminum extrusion creates a load bar that is so strong it withstood a vertical load test of over 800 lbs. of force in a laboratory test. (Thule advises that you not exceed the AeroBlade's recommended maximum load capacity of 220 lbs.)
The AeroBlade™ works perfectly with nearly all Thule accessories, and the end cap pivots open to allow full access to the T-slot for easy accessory installation. The molded-in measurement system provides for quick, no hassle, tape-measure-free foot installation and it also covers the underbar slot to improve aerodynamics and noise diffusion. The T-track allows fast foot mounting and the bar is gently arched to match curved roof shapes.
The AeroBlade™ load bars are sold in pairs in your choice of lengths, and come with everything required for installation, including detailed instructions. Installation of the foot pack on some vehicles may require vehicle specific installation kit. The limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product, and warrants the product against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship.
